Staff are definitely 5 star. Extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Tooth cup in the bathroom would be useful. Good choice for breakfast and again, staff really kind and helpful. Negative is the lack of good soundproofing between the rooms. Not overly intrusive but I had to wear earplugs to block out sound of next door’s TV and conversation.

Staff were lovely, very polite and friendly. We were made to feel very welcome. Staff had a good knowledge of local area (finding somewhere to eat). We ended up eating at the hotels own restaurant which was good value for money. I’d happily stay here again. Rooms were clean, we had a great view of the airport from our room.

Perfect for an overnight stay before/after flight. The bar is open 24hrs. The restaurant is large and clean. Breakfast is all you can eat. Great location. Shuttle bus to airport (north and south terminal).

Quick stay here before an early flight. Easy check-in, pleasant enough room (though there was a strange smell of melted plastic). Otherwise clean, friendly service and everything we needed for a few hours sleep.

Exceeded expectations. Was worried by some of the negative reviews but ended up getting a room at the annex wing (easy walk up a ramp though a corridor). Ground floor room was spotless and modern. Excellent shower pressure and heat. Totally quiet. Warm. Good wall heater. TV worked fast. The main foyer and restaurant has a nice vibe. Also, you can take the bus 100 by walking 150m to the main road. It’s about every 30min during the day. Alternatively take the more expensive but frequent shuttle bus. Hard to fault anything.
