During our recent stay in London, my daughter and I were delighted by the magnificent hotel that hosted us. The architecture was not only beautiful but awe-inspiring!. The staff were exceptional, offering top-notch service that made us feel valued and well-cared for. Our dining experiences were nothing short of wonderful, with each meal leaving a lasting impression of culinary excellence. Additionally, the pool provided a perfect oasis for relaxation, and our room was a haven of comfort and style. This hotel not only met but exceeded our expectations, ensuring our London visit was unforgettable.
This is my go to hotel, when I go to London, to visit our offices there. Are there things that could be improved? Sure- that said, the key to the Ned is getting to know the staff and the key to the Ned being special are the members of staff. They are genuinely the most professional people I’ve encountered at a hotel anywhere in the world. TBH I sometimes go to London just to stay there. I rarely have time for vacation and my job is stressful. So what do I do? I go to the need for 10-15 days, get the nicest room they have available and I sit back and let those lovely people take care of me and treat me like family. We’ll go out to dinner on occasion, go to our offices (my gal is chief legal officer at another tech company and she is a London native) most of the time we just relax. Love the Ned- love the staff and how genuinely nice they are to us- whoever does the hiring/training could start a company teaching staff how to actually care about the job and their responsibilities.
Want a special night? The concierge team will get you into impossible to get into places- we got a table at the amazing Sketch Library with its multiple Michelin Stars. Fabulous night.

It was very busy with City folks, however, there are quieter moments during the course of the week.
The place is a buzz of activity for those who wish to work on their laptops. However, after a certain hour, you are asked to put laptops away. Rightly so too!
The bottomless Feast Sunday lunch is a MUST. I’ve yet to book and I’m very much so looking forward to it.

Had dinner at the Ned after a recommendation from a good friend on my first night in London. Enjoyed the vibe and ambiance – people of all ages, some chilling and enjoying an evening drink, others dancing to the live music, some folks dining as a couple, and some in groups.
I understand that there are 4 different establishments for drinks and food in the lobby of the Ned. The Ned was an old back converted into a hotel. It has a grand feel about it.
I really enjoyed it, so much so that I found myself back there for a night cap or just to chill and vibe a few more times during my visit!
The Ned lounge area is a must try for sure!!
