The check in process was unusually long and chaotic even with having booked online a few months prior. Once we were checked in, we got the room key and walked the pretty long distance to our room on the 7th floor, the key wouldn’t work so we had to run back down to get new ones. Once that ordeal was over however, we found the room to be acceptably clean but most importantly SUPER quiet with a super comfortable bed and bedding, which allowed us a good night’s rest prior to our long day of travel–which ultimately was the goal. Breakfast the next day was delicious and was much more efficiently organized than the check in process. The covered walkway to the airport was super easy to find and not too long. Once at terminal 4, you can take the free train to any other terminal! Very convenient! Overall, other than the lengthy and unnecessary checking in process, it was a very good experience.

We checked in and dropped our bags to the room straight away. We were on the 5th floor and strangely there were lots of towels and rubbish just dumped on the floor outside a few rooms. When we got to our room there was an extremely loud noise coming from the vent in our room. We phoned down to reception and they said they would send someone up to have a look. We waited and that someone never came, We went down to reception and asked a representative and we played a recording of the noise. We were told someone would come and look at it, again. We went off to dinner, the restaurant in the hotel was great. When we returned to our room over 3 hours later the noise was still there . We walked down to reception again, member of staff came back to our room with us. He switched the extractor off at the ceiling and thank goodness the noise stopped.

Why did we have to ask for this issue to be addressed 3 times? Two of us showering with absolutely no extractor fan will be interesting.. Not sure it’s a long term solution but it did mean that we were able to sleep at least.

We stayed overnight and had the meal package (dinner and breakfast) meals were nice and plentiful and only £2 to add pudding, 99p to add Naan to the curry. Rooms very comfy and we had birds eye views of planes taking off and landing. Would definitely recommend and the free shuttle to terminal 3 for our flight easy

Great value for money. Excellent customer care. All the staff were very pleasant, friendly and caring. We went to spend the weekend for our son’s birthday. Special mention to one of the staff at the restaurant, Dixon, who made it memorable for my 6yo by bringing him a lovely decorated piece of cake and the team sang happy birthday to him. He was so pleased.
The rooms are very clean and bed was very comfy. I noticed that the housekeeping staff took great effort in cleaning all the rooms, even wiping down the coat hangers.
Easy access to tube station and Elizabeth line.
Will definitely be coming back.

We use this hotel quite often and we find it great value, particularly with the meal deals. Staff in the restaurant are always very pleasant and helpful. Tonight we were served by Valeriano who advised us on the meals available, and he proved to be spot on. Meals were excellent.
