Ideally located near to Tower Hill tube, it was a welcoming sight after work.
We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday. A beautiful welcome from Noor on Reception, she was brilliant friendly and efficient.
Great to be upgraded to a beautiful modern room.
On the way to the room every member of staff made an effort to be welcoming and friendly please thank the housekeeping staff.
We had a nice snack in the Executive lounge and the Rose wine was very acceptable, nice staff here too.
The breakfast in the morning was great too, nice welcome friendly staff great selection and the omelette hot.
We had a wonderful time including cake in the room to celebrate the birthday 🎂.
Great location, brilliant service, a wonderful Hotel …..we will be back!!

The hotel is well equipped, modern and the buffet breakfast is just excellent in terms of both variety and quality. The room allocated to me this time was quite compact and too small to be comfortable. The service level of the staff is quite good though not exceptional.
