Absolutely outstanding hotel, perfect base when travelling from Heathrow Airport. Service has always, without fail, been delivered with genuine warmth by true hospitality professionals who are always smiling. The rooms are exceptionally well kept, hats off to housekeeping for an immaculate level of cleanliness. Beautifully simple with everything that you need, you couldn’t ask for a better room. Absolutely not a sound from the outside allowing for the most restful sleep. The service in The Sky Bar was quick and friendly, the food was very well done. The gym, whilst small, is absolutely one of the best that I have experienced in an airport hotel. Will be returning without a shadow of a doubt.

My room was big, clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Overall the hotel facilities were good, and staff were friendly.

I was surprised how quiet it was considering it’s so close to the airport. Definitely very well insulated, I didn’t hear the planes at all.

The only negative was an unpleasant smell that would sometimes come from the bathroom.

The food at the sky bar restaurant was amazing. It was booked for 2 evenings for work dinner with my team and both times we were very impressed with the food.

I regularly stay at the courtyard for business and the hotel consistently provides a great experience. From the large rooms with comfortable beds to the superb customer service. I’d like to do a shout out to one staff member in particular. The lovely Simran is a breath of fresh air, impeccable in her service but also always a great smile and makes an effort to make my stays the best they can be!! The hotel offers a number of dining options which also have great views of the landing aircraft. Considering the vicinity of the airport, the rooms are actually very quiet! Also good transportation links!

Very friendly staff! Good air conditioning, along with very good bed quality.

The only downside to this hotel, is the noise of departing aircraft outside. You can very easily hear the airplanes taking off if you have a room which is facing onto the runway. Apart from that, I would recommend staying in this modern, warming hotel.

An overnight stay before catching a flight from Heathrow. Spacious, well appointed rooms with comfortable bed. We had dinner in the Roof Top Bar. Fast, efficient & friendly service. Food was good as was the beer on tap. Great location with views of the runways. Hotel was very quiet despite being so close to Heathrow.
