Exceptional!

We stayed 3 nights in December and had an incredible stay. Worth every penny as the location couldn’t of been better. The bar drinks were fantastic and we could definitely tell there was much attention to detail for every bottle stocked. The staff were kind and helpful and the rooms were clean.

Dean, the door greeter was the most memorable who made our trip extra special. He was incredibly helpful and had great recommendations for us so we could see as much as London has to offer in the short 3 days we were there. We looked forward to seeing him every morning. (Thanks for making our stay extra special, we still talk about it today!)

A heritage grade one listed hotel with some beautiful art deco features, and extensive remodelling that is not in my opinion sympathetic to the buildings antiquity. Intimate bar and external seating area at the front of house.Originally a Trust House Forte hotel now a Hilton the hotel is famous in a fabulous location situated in the Aldwych close to Covent Garden and surrounded by theatres. Comfortable rooms and facilities and sensibly priced for a leading hotel

You know what you are getting when you stay at a Waldorf, and this one is no different. The service was white gloved and super friendly.

The rooms are well appointed and clean, on smaller side if you are expecting US standards, but you are in England so don’t have that expectation. The showers have the BEST water pressure, you feel like you are under a waterfall! Our room lacked any view, we were on the third floor, 320, but the room was silent.

The pool, sauna and fitness center were closed while we visited.

The executive lounge was smaller, but great service and food. Full English breakfast and other items in the morning. Snacks and non alcoholic drinks all day. Happy hour drinks and lots of delivered warm/cold bites.

The location cannot be beat. It’s right in the theatre district and next to the covent garden. Lots of activities and great restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is extremely stylish, quiet and very well located. The room (Queen Superior) was great, we have rarely slept so well in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was okay. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. We will come back in September.
