We had a great experience in this hotel. We stayed two nights. The room we had was great, even if there was some construction work and the windows didn’t seem to properly close… Nevertheless everyone was really nice at the reception, in the rooftop for breakfast, and also at the reception with the staff and Toni which was really nice and helpful (during arrival and check out, he called us a taxi and helped with the luggage). Overall great experience !

My boyfriend and I stayed here at the beginning of our London stay and from first walking up to the doors we had a wonderful experience. Toni the door man always checked on us and made sure we had what we needed and made sure we knew the best way to get to where we were going, he was extremely helpful and kind each time we saw him. The front desk was also extremely kind. The roof top bar was amazing and all the employees were wonderful, we sat out there on a colder day and the heaters made it very comfortable and we were able to purchase some of the best wine we have ever had. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable and the beds and pillows were some of the best of the hotels we stayed at. There was construction one day that we were here but it didn’t start until later in the day so we were still able to get a full night sleep and it wasn’t overly loud, so don’t let the constriction deter you form an amazing experience. Everything is also a 10-15 min walk and there’s a bus stop across the street. 10/10 this hotel would be the top of my list to stay at again if we were to come back to London!!

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are amazing, the Rooftop restaurant is great, the staff is great…no problems at all…

BUT DO NOT stay here if you want peace and quiet… wait until the construction is done.

I stayed in a room, facing the back of the hotel, not facing Trafalgar Square, and there was literally construction ALL day.

Workers could see directly into my room, and it was just unpleasant & NO PRIVACY. Not to mention the construction going on at the restaurant on the ground floor. I’m was on first floor. It was nonstop banging throughout the day NO peace and quiet. Something you expect when you’re on vacation.

The hotel does notify you of the construction, but that doesn’t make the noise less bothersome. I do NOT recommend this hotel during the construction. For the price, you can find lots of other alternatives in the same area that will not be as unpleasant.

Booked the night to celebrate our daughter’s birthday in London. Lidia and the guest services team were fantastic with a little surprise in the room on check-in, and also with keeping us updated regards tube strikes etc.

Mainly booked this hotel because of previous great Hilton experiences, the central location and the double queen beds- not many hotels have this and given it was a treat for my daughter I wanted her to have a big bed too. The bathroom was fantastic with a nice big bath and luxurious soaps – so a hit with my wife too!

Every colleague we met went above and beyond to be polite and gave first class service. Breakfast was lovely with great views from the rooftop of Trafalgar Square.

Would heartily recommend!

The Location of the Hotel is just spectacular, in the heart of Central London, the service provided by the receptionist was impeccable and very professional! Amazingly well decorated with all the details making you feel once you cross the door, you enter a tranquil and chic environment forgotten all the city bustle.
I hardly recommend visiting the rooftop as it has one of the best views of Trafalgar Square. The room and amenities provided are just exceptional.
Without any doubt, I will come back to this property!
