We selected this hotel primarily for its central location, however, we found the overall quality to be lacking. The cleanliness of the rooms did not meet our expectations, especially considering the cost of our stay. A higher level of quality would be expected for the price paid.

Everything was excellent and the service was also wonderful. The staff were wonderful and I got early entry without fees. I also requested a larger room and the price was very reasonable. The location of the hotel was also very convenient and in the heart of London and close to all places for shopping and eating. I recommend dealing with the employee Navneer.

It was a pleasant surprise knowing I’ve stayed here before. The hotel is really nice. Staff are very friendly. It’s in a great location! Hermes is literally across the road! There is a hidden garden also! Cadogan Place Park. The buildings around this hotel showcase excellent architecture. The hotel food is also very good. I would recommend the stay.
